Premier Produce Moves to 4500 Willow Parkway

NAI Daus completed a 42,008 square foot warehouse sale. Scott Garson, CCIM, Sr. Vice President represented the seller, W.W. Polymer Dist, Inc. in this transaction. Kevin Kuczynski of Colliers represented the buyer, Premier Produce, Cleveland’s leading supplier of produce. Premier Produce will be relocating to 4500 Willow Parkway in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. 4500 Willow Parkway provides expansion capabilities, and is centrally located with dock access for the deliveries to and from Premier Produce. Premier Produce also plans to make improvements to the facility by sealing the floors and installing coolers to accommodate their operations.

NAI Daus Complete a Retail and Office Lease

NAI Daus of Cleveland, Ohio recently leased the office space at 1220 SOM Center Road in Mayfield Heights, Ohio to Edward Jones Investments. Lisa Trevino, Associate and Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services represented the landlord in this transaction.

Mr. Seelig also represented the landlord in a retail lease to H&R Block in Canfield, Ohio. H&R Block has relocated to Canfield Colonial Plaza, 525 East Main Street.

Jim Samuels of NAI Daus recently represented Phoenix Adlabs Theatre Management, LLC in negotiations to re-open the theatre at Eastgate. The theatre is located at 1345 SOM Center Road adjacent to and behind Micro Center and across from Target. The Phoenix Eastgate 10 will have its Grand Re-opening November 6th, 2009 featuring 3D Digital Projection, Digital Sound, a newly configured Lobby with a Party Room and all First Run Movies.

Luttner Retail Group of NAI Daus facilitates sale of 50% interest in Landerwood Crossing Class "A" Office Building.

The Luttner Retail
Group of NAI Daus announced the sale of a 50% ownership interest in Landerwood Crossing, the newest and most prominent Class “A” Office Building in the Cleveland MSA. Mark Luttner represented the Seller, a local developer, while also procuring the Purchaser for the 50% interest, an out-of-state private investor. The total market value of the asset was $13.5 million. The asset is 100% occupied by strong national and regional tenants including Citi Smith Barney, Clear Choice Dental, CMI Steel and Majestic Steel.
